Rachel, a Nashville native grew up on the west side of town. She spent her formative years at Christ Presbyterian Academy. After graduation she put on her houndstooth and attended the University of Alabama where she graduated with a degree in public relations. Her previous career experience in advertising sales, marketing and graphic design allowed for an easy transition into the real estate industry.
Rachel has enjoyed watching Nashville grow and has broad knowledge of the city’s history and surroundings. Raised as a contractor’s daughter, she’s been touring homes in the area since she learned to walk and enjoys using her eye for construction to help identify value. She has a soft spot for first time home buyers and those new to the Nashville area who are excited about planting seeds in this city and investing in it's prime real estate. Education about the process of buying and selling holds high importance to her. Upon meeting, Rachel will sit down with her clients to explain the paperwork involved and the step by step process of what can be expected from day one to closing day.
Rachel and her husband, Russell, a Vanderbilt Baseball Alum, live in the West Meade area of Nashville with their young son, Abe and elderly pug, Munch. She enjoys renovating homes, interior design, graphic design and painting. She uses her creativity to help her clients see past another person's belongings, and envision the potential of what it would be like if it were their new home. This same skill comes into play with her listings - from staging, arranging, tidying and marketing... to pricing and timing - she is sure to make you one happy seller!
Whether buying, selling, or investing it is Rachel’s intention to exceed your expectations making the real estate transaction as seamless (and fun) as possible.
